How Does Body Sculpting with PHYSIQ Work? 

The ideal body is healthy, well-toned, and beautiful – no matter the size. Body sculpting with PHYSIQ provides a new treatment option using four applicators to target areas where exercise and diet are just not enough. You’re not alone if you want results with little to no downtime – treatments with PHYSIQ are fast and comfortable. PHYSIQ utilizes STEP technology (Sequential Thermal & Electrical Pulse) using both electrical muscle stimulation and deep heat to target tissues. 

PHYSIQ targets muscles and tissues with unique STEP technology. STEP technology is a customized sequence of timed phases that use deep heat and muscle stimulation. The deep heat phase targets tissues and comes from PHYSIQ’s luminescent diode matrix. EMS provides muscle contractions that re-educate the muscles in the affected area. The result is an increase in muscle tissue and a decrease in body fat. 

Treatments include four independent applicators that deliver heat and electromagnetic stimulation (EMS). Your provider places these applicators along the desired area and secures them with a specialized band. There is no gel required, unlike other body contouring platforms. 

Areas treated by PHYSIQ typically include the abs, waist, buttocks, legs, and arms. You can treat different areas at the same time, and there is no downtime – the state-of-the-art innovation of PHYSIQ maximizes your results.

What is the Recovery Period Like After Body Sculpting with PHYSIQ? 

During treatment, you will feel warmth at the applicator site along with muscle contractions during the EMS phase. If you feel discomfort, simply use the patient control button to adjust the energy modulation. The length of a single PHYSIQ treatment depends on the area. On average, treatments take about 30 minutes. 

After treatment, massage the area with our body sculpting lotion designed to complement your results. One bottle of body sculpting lotion will be enough to continue massaging twice per day between treatments. Five sessions are typically recommended, with each session spaced one week apart. EMS can be used alone to maintain your results after a complete PHYSIQ treatment. Our body sculpting experts will give you a customized treatment schedule based on your goals.
